bad service

I ordered a bacon and egg with extra cheese tramezzini at the wiesenhof in Bloemfontein Fichardt Park. I waited 50 minutes for my food, just to wait another 12 minutes because they made sandwiches instead of tramezzinis. I got my food and it was the wrong tramezzini, they made a chicken and mayo tramezzini instead of a bacon and egg with extra cheese. I buy there on a regular basis and the one staff member that works in front has no clue what's going on. this was not the first time it happened and it's really pathetic.
