Awful waffle

I ordered a Bar-One waffle for R72 and received half a waffle with 4 small pieces of broken dry and old Bar-One on, with a portion of ice-cream, no sauce, nothing nice and tasty about it. Very disappointed because I am in hospital and was just looking for something nice to eat.
