Break-in at our shop

Break-in at our shop. Instead of being treated with the respect were treated like suspects from the get-go. The police refused to take my statement, and instead of addressing the crime or seeking justice, they focused on questioning us as if we were the ones responsible. They even asked if we knew the perpetrators! Meanwhile, they’ve only communicated with our employee and have ignored my attempts to get any clarity on the case. To make matters worse, the nighttime footage of the incident is black and white, and now they want to close the case without any further investigation. It's incredibly disheartening and frustrating to feel like we’re being treated unfairly when we're the ones who’ve been wronged.
