<p>There was a misunderstanding in communication between myself and the owner about a delivery that did not take place a promised.</p> <p>When I phoned, his wife answered the phone, I tried to explain my dilemma and she was terribly rude towards me - she did not give me time to explain, spoke over me and when she was finished, cut the call. this happened twice. She was not interested to listen when I tried to make other arrangements. She was extremely sarcastic towards me. Totally unacceptable.</p>
