Worst client service

I’ve ordered and paid 14 Feb 2021, was promised to receive order in March, then was told would receive hopefully middle April and then was told May.

This is the worst service I have ever received from a company. I’ve tried numerous times to receive feedback, but nothing. I’ve tried to be nice and understanding, but that also does not work.
