Definitely wont recommend

My mom placed an order in February and again in April. She ordered more than R4000’s clothing and till today we have not received either of the orders. We know that the owner had a personal problem that was out of her hands, to which we have been patient and understanding. We are however tired of waiting now. Its been 5 months and we still have no winters clothing for our children. We are met with empty promises all the time, and we have all the messages. We were promised yet again that we would have both our parcels by the end of the month and when we followed up with regards to a tracking number we were told that we will get one "when they get to us” but no indication as to when that could be. We then asked when it would finally be our turn, and got no response.

We have not once been updated as to where our order are, etc. Yes she gives fb updates but these are general and clearly does not apply to us seeing that she STILL promises a lead time of 30 work days and we have been waiting for 5 months. Every single time we have had to contact her and wait for a response which means nothing anyways seeing that her promises aren’t being met.

We have been understanding, but we also have kids and it is now getting cold. Covid has hit everyone hard and we simply dont have thousands of rands to waste. All we want is our clothes.
