Wiegiekind Botique does not deliver

Absolutely the WORST service i have ever received. they refuse to answer you on your order status and dont answer when you then ask for a refund. they ignore emails, messages and dont answer phone calls. i placed a large order. when do you suppose would they answer???? i want my stock or my money back and it does not seem either is happening.
