Wiegenkind ****

After numerous attempts to contact wiegenkind after my order from February 2021 of R960 it is now July and I still have not received any products or response that states when I'll be receiving my order. I also asked Karli to send me anything to tge value of R960 but she refuse to answer any texts calls emails or Facebook messages. I have sent a total of 11 email, numerous whats app message and phoned about 15 times. I would not recommend doing any business with karli or wiegenkind as this is clearly a ****. I am saddened by this as a small Business owner myself that this is the level of competence and service our small business retail businesses give customers. This is very unacceptable, Karli is not a people person at all and customer care is definitely not her first priority as a business owner.
