Wiegenkind rude client service- no delivery

I would just like to share my personal experience with Wiegenkind, I paid for my order on 26/02/2021, today is 04/06/2021 and I still have not received my order. after I followed up, she got upset and told me about her sick child and that I should go for counting lessons... She is extremely rude once you start to follow up, there is ALWAYS an excuse for her behavior and late orders.. I DON'T want a refund I want my stuff.... She claims that she runs 3 successful businesses and yet she speaks to us- her client like we mean nothing... She threatens us with her lawyers if we dare put something on social media.
