Unprofessional, dishonest, false promises

I ordered and paid in full. No comminication regarding the "whereabouts" of my order. Was never able to provide me with an estimated time of delivery. A new excuse every month end, and a new promise of delivery "the following month".

Form of preferred communication seems to be automated and general responses.

More than 3 months later- After finally agreeing to a refund, the owner kept lying and said that the paymet back to me had been done. Only after I was pushed to the point of telephonic harassment towards the owner and on the verge of opening a case, did I finally get my refund.
