Terrible customer service and a *******

I placed my first order in Jan 2021, i spent R4700 and the delivery date kept on changing. Karli the owner is extremely rude, she is a ******* and lies all the time. Endless excuses on why the items have not arrived. I requested a refund on the 20 May to date no response has been received. Don't trust this women. I'm opening a case against her. She ignoring my emails and whatsapp messages. Don't support this business
