Still waiting

As much as we love the look of the clothing, it is not worth the hassle. In Feb 2021, I ordered 3 outfits (one for Easter, one for my daughter's first birthday and one for winter) Easter came and went and I was promised that the birthday outfit would be on time. Then they didn't have the right size so I didn't get the birthday outfit. I was then told in April that I can exchange for other outfits (obviously first Easter and first birthday outfits ain't gonna fly anymore) but I was happy to exchange. I have reconfirmed the new order and sizes at least 3 times and was told I would get it first week in May, latest mid-May. Unfortunately, checking Facebook didn't confirm this - I MIGHT get my order end May. This is not worth it, as although I have sympathy for her daughter who was in hospital, don't take new orders if you still have orders waiting for months on end.
