Shaming your own clients.

Ordered clothes for Black Friday special 2020. Never received all the clothes, did not get a refund in credit to order new clothes. As I did, I ordered 18 sets of clothes Feb 2021 for Delivery end of March 2021. Since then every delivery date got extended. Untill I was notified clothes arrived just needs to be packed. On my last enquiry about the delivery date (where I was ignored numerous days)I was Informed but the clothes never arrived? You cannot say anything on the Facebook page comments gets removed or the company shames you for not caring if they have personal issues.
