SAD TO SAY GOODBYE

It is sad that I need to give a negative review on a boutique that I bought lots of items on. This is a business I loved to support.

I understand COVID had an effect on the business. It is just a shame that an open line to Karli is now a none responsive line.

I made peace with the fact that my money is now gone and even my items ordered. It is just really tragic that even an appointed "management team" is also not able to give customers feedback. Why then appoint one?

I am really sorry for the business and hope 1 day they will get back on their feet
