Paid but no products!

Ordered on a R120 buy 8 get 1 Free promotion. Paid on the 11th of March. Told 30 days for delivery. To date nothing hs been received. After multiple enquiries, it was end of April, then definitely mid May, then end of May and then June. I requested a refund on 29 May and have yet to receive and form of communication. I will be laying a charge of theft/***** with the police by COB tomorrow.
