No responce

I am highly upset.

On the 18th of March 2021 I made an order for three babygrows from Wiegenkind Botique. One month later I was informed that the order will be delayed due to the one babygrow being out of stock. After weeks I again sent emails asking when I will recieve my items, because the items will soon be too small for my baby, they only then contacted me. They then sent me only two of the items because one was still out of stock.

It is almost another month later and still no babygrow???!! I have sent emails, made phone calls without any response. I am sad because the items are so cute and good qualylity, but the service is so poor. I try supporting local but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
