No goods received, no refund received

I placed an order and made payment on the 26th of February 2021 and again on 11 March 2021. I've followed up from the 7th of April 2021 as i have been patient till then. I have not received any of the good ordered. I requested a refund on the 25th of May 2021 as i cannot wait indefinitely for an order. I have received neither order, nor refund and no further responses from Wiegenkind Boutique
