No Goods, No Refund, No Communication

This has been a very disappointing experience. On 28 Feb I placed an order with WGB and was promised it will be delivered end Mar 2021, sadly as of May 2021, I no longer get any responses or updates on my order. To date no ordered items received, no refund and no responses to whatsapp or email communication. Reading the reviews I see i'm not the only one.
