No delivery

I am doing this review on behalf of a family member.

On the 15th of March 2021 they put in an order for delivery. The payment was made on the same day. After some correspondence between both parties it was arranged that there would be a late delivery by the end of May 2021. Already a very long period to deliver a package that was ordered and paid on the 15th of March 2021. To this date no package has been delivered but the payment was made.
