No clothing received. Sad single mom and baby with no winter clothes.

I've had a very bad experience and I don't know where to go. I've made payments for clothing items in Febraury and till date I have not received my orders. Was promised to receive items but nothing as yet. No response from the company and now I'm stuck no clothes received and money out of my account. I do have the proof of communications and the proof of payment.
