Isn’t there a worse rating… like 0 stars??

Such bad service! I can’t even begin to explain!! Ordered and paid on the 28th of February!! After calling and asking for a refund half of the order was dispatched on 16 April! Almost 2 months!!! Now more than 3 months down the line - haven’t received the rest of the order after asking for a refund on 10 May! Still no money in my account either!!The only response I get is an automated message saying she will get back to me!! I would not recommend this business to anyone!
