Empty promises and no delivery

I ordered items in February and was promised delivery by March. March came and went and I received nothing. After I queried this, I was told deliveries are running behind due to personal issues with the owner and another delivery date was promised. The date came, and again no delivery, another excuse and another date promised. This happened a few times before I actually went and posted a review on their Google page. Soon after the owner contacted me and assured me that my delivery is scheduled end of May. It is June now and I still have not received my order, nor an explanation for the delay. I have now requested a refund because waiting 4 months for delivery of an order is absolutely ridiculous.
