DON'T EVER ORDER

I ordered 14 outfits on the 28th of February with expected delivering time in the first week of April. I needed the outfits for my son's birthday on the 15th of April. Needless to say, today on the 30th of May, I still have none of my outfits and just a heap of empty promises from the company and owner. I have been apologized to, abused, told I am rude but instead the owner is so rude she had me in tears on more than one occasion and she is aware of this.

On Wednesday she promised I would have my outfits on Friday, Friday she said Saturday - Today, she shrugs. I was promised photos to chose replacement outfits Friday, Saturday morning I followed up, this morning I followed up and now still nothing.

The phone is switched off and I am now getting no response. I have never experienced such an unprofessional company.

All the clients gets threated in the reply's and not really assisted.

In the reply, DON'T QOUTE THE COMSUMER ACT!!!!!

Quick to answer the Hello Pieter queries but still no resolution. I now instructed my attorney to contact the company and work with them further as no mommy with babies deserve this treatment. It is really sad that this is the way you have to conduct business with Wiegenkind Boutique.
