Disgusting, disgraceful and *********!!!!!!!!!!!!

To say I am completely and utterly disappointed and frustrated is an understatement!!!! I placed numerous orders with WKB in Feb, March and April. I stated that I was happy to have everything delivered together at the end of May, which is when I was told all items would arrive.

I gave the owner the benefit of the doubt and didn't bug her as she said her daughter was sick and there was a delay in getting packages out.

There was then communication made by WKB on Facebook that a "new management" team will be taking over as Karli cannot deal with what is going on. There was an email address provided as well as a new mobile number. They promised a 3 day turnaround.

I got hold of them on the new mobile number on 4th June and was told to send pics of the items I had ordered to see if they had received them and if not they would video call me to see if they can replace the item with something else. Email was sent and I am still waiting for a response. The mobile number now just rings and rings or the phone is switched off.

I sent numerous whatsapp messages to the owner, Karli who didn't even bother reading them. I eventually sent her a message saying "what a disgrace!" She didn't like this and I eventually got a response and I asked her for a refund. She told me to fill in the refund form (which I have never been sent) and to send an email. I told her that I did but her management team does not respond to emails nor do they answer the phone. She has a little chuckle at this and said I do not have the number for the new management.... so not sure what the number is listed in the letter posted on her Facebook page??!! She proceeded to tell me she has arrived home and will check what is going on and send me the form (I am STILL waiting). I emailed her today as well as Whatsapped her a detailed mail with all my Proofs of Payment and well as dates that the orders were placed. She hasn't bothered to even read that.

I spent over R4000 with this woman to get winter clothes for my daughter and now I have no clothes and the chances of me getting a refund seem to be very slim if she can't even email me a refund form.
