Disappointing experience

Will never refer anyone. Customer services are terrrrrible, Karli is very rude in her responses. As a client I expect updates on my order (massive delays), but every time I had to ask for an update myself. And every time her response was utterly unprofessional and rude but stating that I will receive it in that specific week (it has been almost 3 months!!) Apparently some of the orders were in quarantine (I read that on facebook), but as she assured me my order would arrive 'in the week' I assumed mine wasn't in quarantine. I still haven't received my order. The webpage and Facebook page have been deleted as of this morning or late last night, which is very worrying. Again not sending word of this to any client (or maybe just me?). I saw she is changing her shopping experience, but as a client who's only link to money paid is the facebook and webpage I ordered from, it is extremely worrying. Will definitely NEVER order from her again.
