Disappointed

Very disappointed in the way my refund was handled. I ordered on Black Friday 2020 already and received my refund today. There was a mess up with the orders, which I understood completely. But to ask me to remind you constantly about the refund is very unprofessional and when I do ask I get called rude. Hope others have a different experience.
