Bad customer service!!!!!

I placed and paid an order on the 25th February. The total order was R1,950 I received confirmation that it will be delivered within 30 days (as per policy on their page), my baby was due for delivery at the end of March. 3 months has no gone by and still no delivery. I received zero feedback from the business owner. I had to request feedback from them on 16th May and they apologized for the delays but parcel will be delivered before the end of May. On 25th of May I followed up again and just received an automated response - no feedback.

On 28th of May I followed up again - no response

On 30th May I followed up and received a response that she is on the road, but “When did you place an order?”

I am now tired of excuses and want my money back!!!
