Wicount Closes with non delivery of purchase

I purchase a voucher from Wicount and was surprised when my item was not delivered on time. When i went to the website i was shocked to learn that they have closed. i have have emailed them repeatedly with no answer. I have also tried to call them with failure. They have not fulfilled the order nor have they refunded my money. this is very disappointing and poor customer service.
