Solar powerbank ordered but normal one received

I ordered a power bank from WiCount that has a solar charging capability, the one I received is just a normal power bank without any solar charging capability. I have contacted them via their website as well as FaceBook but I have received no response.<br> <br> I need WiCount to arrange collection of the incorrect power bank from me and delivery of the correct, solar charging, power bank.
