Refund due to unprofessional services.

I Paid for 6 x Vouchers for a Chinese or Thai Massage 70 min plus a foot massage to the Value R 1134.00 To Wicount on 12 Feb 2015 and when I received the Vouchers I made an appointment at the Supplier Rose Massage and Beauty and was told on the 4 times I called her that I should phone back and when I did speak to the Supplier I was told they cannot accommodate me and was very Unprofessional. I then send Wicount an email on the 12th and every day since then for a refund and no response what so ever . So for me BOTH Supplier and WICOUNT was and is Unprofessional. All I want is my monies back and just to reply to my emails. Not sure if WICOUNT IS A **** as the Telephone number on the Payment advise *** is also not working.
