Order has not been delivered, and it has been 3mth

I ordered goods in January. I have emailed and bugged via email and via website for a date and time for delivery.<br> I was advised once, that they had tried delivery( but did not contact me to arrange someone to be there).<br> Thereafter I have tried unsucessfully to engage for at least 7 different days in 2 month period to contact and get a refund.<br> This is my only form of escalation
