False advertising

On the 27 th of March I bought 2 bamboo breakfast trays valued at R999, but were on special for the R429.<br> <br> On the 13th of April my trays were delivered, but to my surprise, I only received 1 tray instead of 2 that I paid for.<br> I sent 3 emails to the company since the delivery and no has rep****, there is No telephone number one can use to contact them.<br> <br> The company should either give me the other tray as they promised or reimburse me half of my money because i was under the impression that am buying 2 trays not one. This is false advertising.<br>
