Bad customer service

I'm a regular customer that comes here for lunch at all times cause I work in the mall and I ALWAY RECOMMEND the restaurant to my family and friends but I type this email with the most dissatisfied customer service ever. The store manager was disgustingly rude and unprofessional as I had ordered chicken (sweet chillie chicken) and unfortunately it wasn't as scrumptious as I know it to be ,with that being said I notified them and requested another one but sadly the manager informed me that it was all prepared yesterday and therefore need to order something else and i did exactly that and I regretted ever coming to the restaurant. The manager on duty today 29/04/23 has bad bad customer service
