I have ordered a set of wheels, 17 inch Velocity rims for VW Caddy bakkie from Wickedrims Phoenix on 6 January 2020, received on 8th January. While opening the boxes, I found one rim was a different color and also 5 stud instead of 4 studs which does not fit my vehicle. I immediately contacted them and was assured the correct rim will be dispatched the same day. It has now been 21 days since then and I have received no rim. They make promises every time and to date I have not received the product. Their service is extremely poor once you have paid!!!
