Adriaan Marais @Wicked Cars did unsolicited repairs to my vehicle in 2019
Adriaan Marais @Wicked Cars did unsolicited repairs to my vehicle in 2019.After many broken promises to fix my car,I initiated the court case at the National Consumer Court.The panel found him in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act on many levels and the case was moved to the Tribunal Court.They found Adriaan Marais @Wicked cars to have transgressed many of the CPA laws and rules and he was ordered to pay me for my car,which he had ********ly sold during the time of the court case period,even thought he was notified that it would be a ******** offence. Wicked Cars was also fined and ordered to pay a fine to the Court . That was 3years ago,in 2023 when the judgement was passed .He /they were given 15 days to pay but to date hasn't paid anything
