Do NOT use them for appliance repairs unless you want to spend R1000's and not have your goods repaired

Wibifix *** sent a technician to repair a faulty appliance. I accepted their quote and paid upfront. The appliance was not fixed and I was told I need another part to make it fully functional. I paid. It still wasn't repaired. Now I am being asked to pay yet another large amount for additional parts. I have already spent a significant amount of money without receiving a working appliance, and the company is refusing to resolve the issue.
