Unprofessional, ********* business conduct

WiFi and Networking Guru have hit me with the same modus-operandi! Their technician by the name of Sipho pitched an 8 channel cctv Hikvision cameras and requested an upfront payment to go buy the devices at his suppliers, Arranged a day with me to come install and on the day, didn’t show-up nor take my calls. Sent a couple of sms’ to no avail.

I have sent him a cancelation of order/service request and now battling get my R6450 paid money back (reimbur*****t) He does not take my calls, only sends rude sms voicecalls late in the evening.
