********* and Dishonest Conduct

I used this company to instal a new WiFi router and extender at my home. I liaised with a guy called Lucky. He noticed that my intercom system was not working and informed me that his company also instals intercom systems. I asked him for a quote which I accepted. I paid him in total R3138.50. This was over a month ago. He has not been to instal the intercom despite and provided numerous excuses as to why he was unable to do it when he promised. I eventually asked him to deliver the items purchased or refund my money to me. He has been avoiding me ever since.
