Honda Reliability - not at East London dealers!

27 Feb 2015 - I trustingly took my Honda Jazz to Whytes Auto East London (WA-EL) the Honda Dealer, because the aircon does not blow cold. I was told to take it back 2 March for fault finding. 2 March, I'm told aircon needs new parts and paid the R2431,96 for the parts not specified on the Invoice. Waiting for parts...... <br> <br> Woow! Parts arrive 8 June, and take my Honda jazz into WA-EL for the Aircon to be fixed at last. Got car back that evening, but aircon not fixed and have to return next day. Driving home windows and doors open and close on their own - they broke the electrics! :( Return the next day, WA-EL still cannot fix the aircon, and need to keep my car 'for a day or two'. Now they claim the car needs a new computer box. <br> <br> Car still at Whytes Auto two weeks later, they cannot find the fault! I do not get any commitment or even projected timeframe. It has cost me in hiring a car and taking leave to try and get my car fixed. My patience has run out.<br> <br> I bought a Honda since I was told its reliable and you can drive it forever... Well not if Honda Dealers East London touch your car. Be warned...... They know not what they are doing!
