Vortex binoculars replaced

We have just returned from Kruger Park and my Vortex binoculars literally started to fall apart. The outer casing simply peeled off in chunks. After a couple of e mails addressed to Vortex I established that the local dealer was Whylo and Brad Nagoorsamy contacted me personally. I took them out to Whylo Distributors who examined them and said they had never seen anything like this. As my particular binoculars were no longer being sold they replaced them, without question, with a brand new pair which was in fact a grade up on the ones I had. Outstanding service and makes me believe in a Company who are not only prepared to go the extra mile but insisted on giving me a Vortex cap and allowed me to try out a whole range before making my decision. Well done, in this day and age it is very refreshing to have a product replaced (albeit one with a lifetime guarantee) so readily and with such a pleasant and accommodating attitude. I now have a pair of Vortex 8 x 42 HD Talon binoculars for when I return to Kruger in January. Brad You are a star,thank you so much!
