WHY BUY CARS IS *****

I app**** for a long-term lease with whybuycars which was successful. I had app**** for the VW polo vivo. I went to pick up the car on the 23rd September and Woodford car hire at OR Tambo airport and only to be told then that they didn't have the polo but they will give me a Kia Picanto. I was promised that in 2 weeks the car will be swapped with the right one. A month later, I had to beg them to reduce my rental fee to match the car I was driving so I could pay. No-one really cared. A month from there, I was told that they had amended their rules and that I had to take the car for inspection every month and they now do debit orders which were never in my lease, otherwise I would not have taken it. I opted to return the car 5 days into the new month payment and over a week later, they are not picking up my calls or responding to my messages (Thabile & Smangele). On the 9th of December, I woke up to a debit order processed by Woodford to my account without any explanation or refund of any money owed to me. They are ***** and ******. They get you to sign up to only change rules when you are in. I need a statement stating what happened to my money (refund) and why the was money debited off my account on 9/12/2020.
