WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This heartless company debited my wife's account for R8504 without even giving us the option to pay it off. No regard for the wellbeing of my family and the effect such a substantial debit would have. As a result we have also been charged R600 in fees and our account is now over R9k in the negative!
I've sent emails, WhatsApp messages, no reply.
ABSOLUTELY REGRET DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
BEWARE!
They do not tell you all the fine print!! Read your contract carefully! It is extremely biased and favours them with no concern for the customers wellbeing.
In the event of any accident/incident you will have to pay R12k excess, they cannot even justify this huge amount. They give you a false sense of safety by telling you that you're insured. Beware! They advertise towing service, but don't clarify that it's at YOUR expense!
My wife and I have had nothing but headaches since dealing with this company. Steer clear of them.

Please kindly note that upon investigating, our agent explained every detail of the process with you including policies and terms and conditions.
Furthermore, you cannot state that you were not aware of the procedures because this is on our terms and conditions in the rental agreement, this is not fine print neither is this hidden, it is stated clear and bold in a rental agreement which you have signed for.
Please note that you were informed numerous times about the outstanding amounts, your failure to comply with those numerous requests has resulted in this.
Please kindly advise if you would like me to send you your signed rental agreement on mail?
