Whybuycars

It looks like it is a standard practice with Whybuycars for people so battle to get their deposits back. I had a good experience with the rental but now I’m struggling to reach the team for a refund. They were very quick to assist when I wanted to rent the vehicle but now that I have returned it no one is taking my calls. Also I need to know in which bank card they are going to refund the deposit as my account has been closed and I need to give them the new bank account details. But nobody is answering any phones, I urgently need someone to call me back. The lease ended in December and I am still battling with my deposit.
