WHY BUY CARS ARE **********!

**********! I took out a 6 month lease with why buy cars in June 2020. I was meant to return the car on the 15th of December as per the signed lease agreement. I was called and asked to return the vehicle by the 5th of Dec. When I asked for an explanation as to why I was asked to bring it in earlier when I had paid to have it until the 15th, I was told that they had a system whereby they renew contracts monthly without the client knowing and mine had been done on the 10th of the previous month so that's why they wanted the vehicle. I fought them on this and only returned the vehicle on the 15th as per the contract. I have now received an email saying I have been handed over to their lawyers for owing around R1500 for keeping the vehivle for "extra" days. What bulls#*!@ is that!? I will be taking them to the ombudsmen as I have paper trail and evidence of all transactions and of the contract. DON'T BE TEMPTED TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH WOODFORD OR WHY BUY CARS! They will reap you off!!!!
