Bought car for my business. Because the car we bought was in need of a service, we drove it immediately from webuycars to our mechanic. The Dekra report issued were wrong on many aspects and cost an exta R25k to repair on car. When going back to webuycars, they demanded to see the quote from an ‘approved’ workshop - which we had already supp****. This after we issued them with photos of everything that was wrong. They issued all the excuses in the world to not pay for anything that their Dekra report had indicated was indeed in perfect condition. Now, 5 months later and we are renewing the license disc….. webuycars NEVER did the roadworthy certification!!! What a ****!!
