Website Contact Page Useless

navigated to their website whybuycars.co.za, in contact page i filled in a form a month later nothing!!!! did it yesterday again, still nothing.

The contact page states: WhyBuyCars is an online platform. Please leave a message with us and we will respond within 2 hours during business hours.

I guess its 2 months or years, don't stress i will take my business elsewhere as clearly you don't want it!!
