Unauthorised Transaction from my Capitec Account By Woodford (Why Buy Cars)

An unauthorised amount of R5000 including the car lease amounting to R5400 of the car lease that I ended up not receiving was debited by Woodford Car Hire on the 26 November and 27 November concurrently. I was told that the amount of R5400 will be reversed since I am not getting the car since the car I had returned had faults identified therefore I have to pay R8000 which I was told it's for access. There is another deposit i paid when started leasing with them in 2021. An overall amount that is sitting with them which belongs to me is R13.900.00 which no one explained about it.
