*******, *********** staff and management
Whybuycars are a bunch of *********** individuals, from the branch staff at OR Tambo to management at head office KZN. They are ******* that don't know how to run a company, no customer service, don't even know how to do simple math and accounting. Probably needs to go back to college to learn simple business management to run a company.
I paid all my installments and for my kms but after receiving my money they picked up my vehicle leaving me stranded. I fought with the people at the Branch at OR Tambo namely Collin the so called manager, to a lady that is always so confused and Justice that is completely useless and clueless, non of them have any customer service and needs training ASAP. I spoke to management at head office but they so stupid that don't even know their own system. I am the customer but I had to sit until 2am Sunday evening trying to help whybuycars and Woodford reconcile their books, I had to send all my proof of payments but they came back saying I still owe them money. They trying to ***** from their customers to make a living for themselves. My installment is R5500 but i to pay about 12k end November for kms cause they could invoice correctly or do proper inspections come end December they charging another 12k for what God only knows... they trying to get bonuses from customers seems like.
Don't use whybuycars or Woodford once again they a bunch of *********** people , a load of confused beings and thrives
I appreciate your valuable feedback.
I am so sorry that you have been faced with this predicament.
I have personally attended to this and the end result is that due to the vehicle having to be recovered after you were supposed to have left thee vehicle at our Tambo branch, you drove off with the vehicle and this was considered to be non compliant.
Due to the above statement, your rental was closed when we recovered the vehicle from you. I have kept to all my promises in terms of addressing this with management who have advised that you are still owing funds to Woodford on a mileage charge of R8500. Over and above the non compliance in leaving the vehicle at our Tambo branch and paying the outstanding balance on the mileage charge, management have agreed to meet you halfway given the circumstances and offer you a discount and offer you the vehicle back if you can at least put a payment down toward the installment of leasing the vehicle again.
I am so sorry for the negative impact this has caused for both parties and I really do hope that you are also willing to analyze this from our side as well.. Had you left the vehicle at our branch and not drove away this situation would certainly have taken a different turn and a lot would of been in your favor. Please kindly keep in mind that recovering a vehicle means you become extremely high risk thereafter.
In conclusion, you have really grown on me as I felt it was my duty to assist and think of ways to help you and Jason and I am sorry if this complaint I could not turn this around in your favor due to company policies and regulations.
May you, Jason and your loved ones have a wonderful festive season and a prosperous New Year:-)
Please stay safe
Yours Sincerely
