Terrible terrible service
Another month has passed. Still no refund and now a new story to explain in 2 lines why I didn't get it. First I got a story that its due to etoll bills and after that was rectified, it's a new story about petrol and extra days. Customer service is pathetic and I'd like to be called by someone professional.
