Terrible customer service and BOGUS CHARGES!!!

I took out a 6 month lease with them at the end of Jun of 2020 and made first payment then. I was initially impressed but I guess that was just because at that it was just to keep them afloat during lockdown. Service dropped drastically as the term drew closer to the end. I had paid on time via EFT for 5 out of the 6 months. In November, the last month of the lease, I was told they were switching to debit order. And I was debited R500 more than I should have been. When I finally managed to contact them, they say it was for e-tolls. Whereas the e-toll device was removed months earlier and I am in KZN where there are no e-tolls! I still have not been reimbursed although I was told I would be. When I app**** to renew the lease I was told I did not qualify. As I'm sure they needed the car back for airport rentals as flights are now operational again. I was thereafter contacted and told there was an error and they would try again. By then I had already decided I was going to use savings and December bonus to buy my own car which I did. My lease was due to end on the 31st of December but they were asking me to bring it back on the 29th of December as the contract changed to a 30 day period, without notice. I obliged and took the car back. Please bare in mind that I took a car with a monthly allowance of 3000km per month. Yet I had only done 2000km in the entire 6 months as I only used the car 2 Saturdays a month. Yesterday, being 10 days after I gave the car back and was done with them. I was charged R1491 on my cheque card. Not as a debit order that I could reverse but as a POS payment as they had taken my card details and CVV numer when I had initially signed the contract. They had not even refunded the initial R500 they owed me but charged another R1491 **********ly onto my card without no explanation whatsoever. Please Whybuycars, save face and explain your atrocious behavior???
